MINDBODY Go is designed for independent mobile professionals who only need a few essentials to run their businesses. By "independent mobile professionals," we mean business owners who have no other staff members and who often operate outside a brick-and-mortar location.
Can I upgrade from MINDBODY Go to the full software?
Yes. If you sign up for MINDBODY Go and ever decide that the full software makes sense for you, please contact us. We’ll transfer all your data to a full software account, and all the previously unavailable features of the software will instantly be made available to you.
Will you ever look at my data? Or share it with anyone?
Your data is owned by you and is only accessed by MINDBODY with your express permission: e.g., to assist with tech support questions. For analytical purposes, we will occasionally compile data from all of our subscribers. However, this data cannot be traced back to any individual subscriber’s account. Learn more
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes, data security is our highest priority. We employ numerous, redundant data safety systems and follow strict PCI compliance procedures to ensure that all of our subscribers’ data, including your clients’ credit card information, receives the highest level of protection possible. Learn more
Do you offer a free trial?
No. MINDBODY does not lend itself to a free trial version, as the initial setup and training is customized for each subscriber’s unique business management needs.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription within 30 days after purchase for a full refund, less the cost of any services provided prior to cancellation. Requests must be submitted in writing. View our Software Service Agreement.
Can I import data from another software?
Yes, we provide data conversion from your previous system if you are converting data from an established software product. Your first conversion is free, so let your sales rep know if you are interested. Learn more.
What are your technical support hours?
MINDBODY provides unlimited tech support for the life of your subscription. Our support staff is available 24/7 to answer your questions. Also, our Help Suite provides contact information and is updated daily with online support resources.
